6 months agoI would give this place 6 stars if I could, the place was PACKED but everyone was nice, it was quiet, and I got the food faster than some places I went to alone. Food was probably the best out to eat food I've had in my life so far. Staff were kind too, I would recommend to anyone thinking about it.

6 months agoNice local diner. Staff is always super friendly. The ordering is prompt and they have quick ticket times. It is a great place for a quick breakfast or lunch. I always encourage to support your local mom and pop shops and this diner is my go-to in the Highland area.

8 months agoTraditional American Diner and part of the Route 66 nostalgia. Good food, decent portions, polite and friendly staff. Decorated in the bric-a-brac associated with travel on the open roads and highways of the USA. Worth a visit for the good food or the atmosphere.

2 years agoGreat food at a good price. Nice atmosphere and friendly service. My husband had the Pony and said it was delicious. We will have to go back to try their lunch items. 😀

3 years agoIt has a very nice atmosphere,the service was great along with the food .I had fried potatoes bacon biscuits with gravy and french toast . My mother had ordered two eggs over easy but got three 🙂 hash browns sausage patties toast glass of milk and coffee . Everything was great but where my mother and I was disappointed was the coffee . You need coffee for the coffee . Would I eat hear again? Yes most definitely but will bring my own coffee next time to get the full enjoyment

Edited 2 years agoI love the small town diner experience that the Highland Diner had. We had the breakfast shoe and we loved it. I highly recommend it. Also enjoyed seeing the gentlemen drinking coffee and visiting. Small town stuff... love it!

4 years agoDecided to stop in here with parents. I believe our servers name was Jaycee - she was awesome. Not only to us but also to surrounding tables. She was informative and had a fabulous personality. And she worked her butt off, never standing still. We ordered - the western omelet - all meets and veggies. Was perfect. Eggs, hashbrowns and wheat toast. - everything was cooked perfectly. French dip- eh - I probably wouldn't order it again. It was cold for starters and then the meat wasn't the typical French dip meat. So it wasn't horrible - but nothing i would order a second time. French fries came out after our meal and were hot and definitely fresh. Atmosphere was awesome and the decor was vintage ... Loved it. Overall great little place that people are coming and going. Prices were in range and not going to break the bank to eat here.

9 years agoService was fast, extremely pleasant waitress. The selection was as great as the service. One thing I really like is when a person can get breakfast, lunch or dinner at any time of the day. The cook was very awesome, flavors in every bite like an explosion on the plates.
